Comparing cell health grit to mp value and adding compartment tests #6

The pull request does two things:

  1. Calculates mp value in the Cell Health project
  2. Computes Cell Health grit in two additional ways:
    • Using compartment, feature group, or channel only
    • Dropping each compartment, feature group, or channel only

I also add a series of figures comparing results
