I am having a hard time figuring out why the PON files I am creating are missing a couple of metadata columns that are present in the provided PON .rds files in extdata
The columns in question are :
reads gc map valid ideal cor.gc cor.map
I am using the provided gcwig, centromere, and mapwig when running the script
