Scope of application of ichorCNA? #125

hi, Can ichorCNA be used to estimate the purity and ploidy of tumor tissue samples? Can it be used to analyze wgs, wes, and panel sequencing data? If yes, how to adjust the parameters according to the sample type or data type? Thanks!

According to this issue (#20), it seems you can use ichorCNA for WES data if you have a matched normal.
