BBBC037 data is missing #53

@N3llz Please update the license from Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License to CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0) Public Domain Dedication

The page https://data.broadinstitute.org/bbbc/BBBC037 says that the data is licensed by Mohammad so I am not sure if we should loop him in or not.

Hm, that is odd, the data should be licensed by Jesse Boehm (AFAIK, @shntnu can correct me if wrong)

Indeed, change that to Jesse Boehm

Also, the licence should be changed to CC0. Anne got permission to do so from Jesse on Oct 7 2018
