Is there a way to extract Bayesian probabilities from step 18? #466

Hi @GeorgescuC,

Thank you for the great tool! I just landed on a career in computational biology, and am quite new in the field. I would like make use of the posterior probabilities from step 18. I have checked all the output files, and none of them seems to be probabilities. Since the package could generate probability plot, I wonder if we could extract the probabilities from an intermediate step?

Just realized it is stored in the mcmc object! Never mind!
