Is inferCNV suitable for hematologic tumors? #623

Hello, is InferCNV suitable for hematologic tumors? I tested inferCNV with a T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) scRNAseq that had been annotated as normal and malignant cells. However, the results of inferCNV were inconsistent with the annotation of cells.
