inferCNV support and development are on hiatus as of yr 2024 due to lack of dedicated funding and resources available. We encourage you to seek out alternatives where appropriate, or fork and modify the code to your liking.

We'll likely continue to develop it further at some point, but don't have resources to be providing high levels of customer support.
