How to roll back inferCNV to a previous version #661

Dear developer, Since inferCNV has added write_expr_matrix and write_phylo to the randomtree tree file and final infercnv matrix file output after the update, the default is FALSE, and I need these two files. Which version do I need to roll back inferCNV to and how? Many thanks
