Hello, thank you for this wonderful extension to your already great package.

Is there a way to do interactive heatmaps some of the other infercnv output plots such as the HMM plots?

Hello @aysouid! Sorry for my tardy response. Unfortunately we currently don't have a way to create interactive plots for the other outputs. This might be a possibility in the future though!
