Java dependency in environment.yml #59

I keep getting this popup when running

conda env create --force --file environment.yml

No clue what this is about

I'm on mac OS 10.15.7

there is something funky going on with the environment, I can't run jupyter notebook in the profiles/ folder without getting super strange errors. I spent 2 hours troubleshooting it yesterday, but couldn't figure it out.

This java error is a new one though! Maybe it is a Catalina issue? https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250727356

Oops; could well be Catalina. I can't verify the issues you are facing though.

This happens when I conda activate lincs on Catalina
