Rerun exploration pipeline with only common compounds #30

Previously, we computed all metrics using all compounds regardless of their across-assay overlap.

Here, I make sure we only use the 1,327 compounds and 583 MOAs in common.

I also fix (and simplify) figure 1 (see #20 ) and add sup figures 3 and 4.
