Here's a random grab bag of analysis we wish we could do but will bump out to future work

(Supervised) MOA prediction using spherized Cell Painting profiles (we use Level 4)

I think we should acknowledge AWS Open Data but I need to find out the protocol here; it makes no more sense to acknowledge AWS than it does to acknowledge IDR. I think citing them in some form is much more sensible and meaningful.

This is what we did for IDR in Cell Health https://www.molbiolcell.org/doi/10.1091/mbc.E20-12-0784

We deposited raw and illumination-corrected images to the Image Data Resource (https://idr.openmicroscopy.org) under accession number idr0080 (Williams et al., 2017).
