All code and logic to:

identify representative compounds
- I selected the most replicating and least replicating compound with at least 5 CP and 3 L1000 replicates in both assays (4 total compounds)
- Also DMSO
map perturbations to cellpainting-gallery s3 bucket url
download images
visualize images in a figure
