[Response to Review] Comparing cell count, reproducibility, and cell death predictions

The reviewers were concerned that we did not factor in the possibility of high cell death rates.

We can mostly explain this as a time point decision (which is important to elucidate in the manuscript), but I also add a figure that demonstrates high cell death is only a factor for a small minority of compounds, particularly at high dose.
