[Response to Review] Update figures to clarify Spearman and add percent replicating explainer #66

A reviewer correctly noted that our methods lacked a description of which correlation metric we used (we used Spearman). This suggestion made me realize that our figures were labeled incorrectly!

I correct this error in this pull request, and also add a graphic walking through percent replicating
