[Response to Review] Add dose-independent percent matching and average precision experiments

In our original figure 2 analysis, we presented our metric "percent matching" for MOAs within dose. Here, I add an analysis in which I remove the same-dose constraint in the MOA percent matching calculation. This is the primary change. In addition, I also make the following enhancements:

• Adding average precision calculation all dose (within dose avg. precision added in #62)
• Updating main figure 2 to display all dose and avg. precision results
• Updating one supplementary figure related to main figure 2 in which we update the MOA coverage description
• Hotfix PCA figure legend title
