[Response to Review] Adding MOA matching column to figure 2 with same compounds

The previous updated figure 2 (see #62 and #68) added percent matching of MOAs across all doses. That analysis used any MOA that had more than 3 compounds. Because we were considering all doses, this increased the set of MOAs that passed the filtering criteria.

In this PR, I add a new column that computes across dose MOA percent matching for only the 127 MOAs that we used in the previous analyses. We call this column All*

I also update the related supplementary figure to:

• add the two all dose columns
• rework the MOA word cloud
• update the MOAs that were never captured
