[Response to Reviewers] Update supplementary tables

Here, I update the supplementary tables by adding 3 new datasets important as resources.

The tables include:

I will also likely need to add a supplementary table 5 to include results from the Deep Learning analysis.

Other changes

• Rerun the tsne figure to include updated MOA labels
• Generate median pairwise correlations of compounds targeting the same gene
• Print time points counts for batch 2 Cell Painting data
