We want to create a feature comparison table of Oncotator versus other annotation tools, particularly:

ANNOVAR
VEP
SNPEff

In principle, sure, but just so you know I won't be able to devote any time to this until early July. We have a big GATK workshop coming up in two weeks in Belgium, which involves a lot of prep.
