Why are some protein positions off by one? #283

From oncotator v1.4.1.0 with the uniprot transcript list

These examples are in a gene that does not have an exact match for transcript.

Looks like the UniProt proteins have a single amino acid that are not in the GENCODE v19 protein sequence, for some genes, including PRKDC
