The documentation said oncotoator uses UniProt 2014_12 release but I can't find the protein fasta for that release in UniProt ftp site (ftp://ftp.uniprot.org/pub/databases/uniprot/previous_releases)
The closest release dates are 2014_01 and 2015_01, are they the same as what was used in oncotator?
