Simple Usage Guide #14

Hi there, This looks like a fantastic way to integrate Harmony output with CellProfiler. It would be incredibly useful for there to be a usage guide and maybe even a test example for people that are aren't python literate. Hopefully i will get this working, Cheers Jaems
