I ran into the issue of the couple references to
os.system('paste ...
not being found on Windows. Powershell seems to run most everything just fine, and I even got the non-illum file to output seemingly ok, but adding the illum columns doesn't work.
I don't know the Windows equivalent of 'paste'!
Of course, the workaround is not to use Windows ;)
