Config mismatch between recipe and template #84

@gwaygenomics can you clarify something for me?

Both the recipe and template currently have configs but they no longer match.

My understanding is that the recipe is not meant to be used without the template. Therefore, can we remove the site_processing_config.yaml and profiling_config.yaml from the recipe repo?

Or am I missing something?

Yes, I believe so. I don't remember why we originally had config files in the recipe, but the ones in the template (IIRC) are the ones we use regularly.
