This PR adds instructions on how to use the pooled cell painting pipeline data processing structure

@ErinWeisbart - up to you if you'd like to stay up to date on the other half of the pooled CP profiling pipeline structure. If so, reviewing pull requests into this repo would be the way to go (I just created the repo this afternoon). Having a second set of eyes on the code would also help in general.

Note the distinction between the template repo (this one) and the submodule repo (the recipe repo we walked through yesterday).

LMK your thoughts - grateful to have your contributions in the other portion already!
