The introduced fix also requires me to update the profiling recipe to include the step argument in process_configuration() in each processing step.

The introduced fix also requires me to update the profiling recipe to include the step argument in process_configuration() in each processing step.

Which is now fixed in broadinstitute/pooled-cell-painting-profiling-recipe#68
