Apply bortezomib signature to other clones with different resistance status #104

These clones were either resistant or sensitive to CB-5083 or ixazomib.

I apply the bortezomib signature derived from different datasets to these clones:

otherclone_bortezomib_signature_scores

The results indicate that the bortezomib signature picks up on some general characteristics of resistance to the other clones, but the signature is not super clear. This perhaps indicates that the morphology signature derived for bortezomib contains both general resistance characteristics and specific resistance characteristics.
