[Response to Reviewers] Make feature space consistent size with PCA and plot multiple metrics #129

Directly related to #128 - where I initially introduced the analysis and visualization.

Here, I do two things:

  1. Make the feature space the consistent size by transforming all input feature spaces into 30 principal components
  2. Add visualization of Odds ratio (Fisher's exact test)
