Identifying features that best distinguish between low and high dose across clones

The biggest differences between samples occurs between 0.7 and 7um doses. Develop a strategy to identify which features are the most significantly different.

As shown in #12 I performed the following analysis:

• Performed a two-tailed t-test comparing all cell painting features between doses 0.7 and 7
• I exclude wild-type samples from the comparison (so only using data from CloneE and CloneA)
• I combine data from both batches
• The visualization provides information on batch and more doses than I considered in the t-test.

The analysis identifies Nuclei area as being smaller in Dose 0.7 than Dose 7, while Cytoplasm area is larger in Dose 0.7 than Dose 7.
