logging out each time i go to the data management users page #1583

Describe the bug I am trying to add a new user to seqr and when i go to the data management tab and click on users i get logged it. This repeats after retrying and refreshing the window.

The create user functionality has been removed. I'm not sure what you are clicking on, but there shouldn't be a link for it anymore. If you need to add a user to specific projects, you can do that from the project. If you need to add a staff user with access to all projects, make a ticket for me (in this case you can comment on this one)

the tab is still there but I just need to add Jordan back to seqr. She might be there as a previous user so I am not sure how complicated that will be. Her email is jwood@broadinstitute.org in case you need it.

Its pretty easy for me to add back a previous user, but not something anyone else can do. She should be all set now!
