This refines the inferCNV beta workflow with inferCNV's new HMM flag, updates for threads, R 3.6, and test data.

This version of our inferCNV workflow is not yet configured in Single Cell Portal. I'm merging this dormant branch upon request, so that documentation instructions can be reasonably simplified with regard to Git.
