This work makes minor changes to two code repository components (an example data file and the verify_portal_file.py script) to support the wiki update in SCP-1660 (update wiki to be consistent with upload wizard language). Jon and I agreed that refactoring the underlying code was out of scope for SCP-1660.

SCP-1687 "refactor verify_portal_file.py internal usage of 'coordinates file' term" was created yesterday expressly for this PR but somehow I forgot to mention it

Thank you @eweitz for catching the dependency in single_cell_portal_core. I'll submit a PR to make the appropriate change there and wait to merge this after those changes have been deployed
