I'll be glad to have your advice regarding the following issue:
I've defined two gene sets, the first considered to be positively correlated with a certain pathway, and the other gene set considered to be negatively correlated with the same pathway. Using the package I've calculated the enrichment score for every sample (for each of the gene sets). Now I want to combine the enrichment scores together, so each sample will have a single value. Is this possible? How?
