missing tss_distance in cis output #120

Hi,

I am running tensorqtl with -cis and in the resulting outputs, theres no tss_distance column. Is it possible to attain it by specifying the arguments?

For compatibility with molQTLs where the phenotype start position may not be the TSS, tss_distance has been renamed start_distance.
