Results change when the covariates order change #95

I observed that the results changed when the order of the covariates was changed. Is this the expected behavior?

No, this should not affect the results up to small numerical precision related differences. Make sure the sample/covariate/variant/etc IDs are unique, and that the covariates don't include any that are colinear or close to colinear.
