This was 99% reformatting with black and moving scripts. I did update the filtering and slack imports in the seqr qc script and also made one minor change to the remap key. It was previously "vcf_id" but I changed it to "s" to match what we use in the loading pipeline. In the resources I added the sharded VCFs which can be seen in L30.
