This script was originally written to help Sanna look up variants in gnomAD v2 and v3 for her paper. It has been passed through many people to update to work on newer versions of gnomAD and add functionality, but it has never been tracked in GitHub, so I'm adding it here so moving forward we can easily track any changes that are made to it.
