Changed gnomad readviz check script from python to bash
Updated select samples for readviz script to also include gnomad variants that need additional samples for readviz (not just variants unique to ukbb callset)

I just added het_or_hom_or_hemi to the schema based on this code in the second script of readviz: https://github.com/broadinstitute/gnomad-readviz/blob/master/step2__rekey.py#L69. It seems to make sense to add this annotation now rather than later
