extract more runinfo metadata #64

Grab a few more bits of run metadata to the runinfo output json file in illumina_demux

Also add a new function in the RunInfo class to grab the "run ID" (which we had been previously been inferring from a tarball filename) -- the date string of the run start date followed by the run number on the machine followed by the flowcell barcode.
