Np add disk and mem to CalculateReadGroupChecksum

Description

We have been seeing CalculateReadGroupChecksum fail with an out of resource error in our WGS/Exome germline single sample scientific tests. This PR adds more disk and mem and helps the pipeline get through CalculateReadGroupChecksum.
