Warnings from Cromwell (wdlSource deprecated) #6

When using this runner, I get the following warning from Cromwell:

2019-04-27 15:02:14,495  WARN  - The 'wdlSource' parameter name has been deprecated in favor of 'workflowSource'. Support for 'wdlSource' will be removed from future versions of Cromwell. Please switch to using 'workflowSource' in future submissions.
