@stefanpenner - I left a few tweaks/changes for @raytiley (I don't mind finishing them up though), but we really need https://github.com/broccolijs/broccoli/pull/224 to land first.

I'm up for finishing this up. Still waiting on @joliss to sign off on the broccoli changes.

I believe the new .rebuild API (#17) makes this redundant, as all the tmp dir handling is moving into Broccoli core.
