Pins Heimdalljs To Last Known Good Version #84

Fixes: https://github.com/broccolijs/broccoli-funnel/issues/83 by pinning Heimdalljs to last known working version.

I realize this isn't an actual fix, but right now anyone building with ember-cli who isn't vendoring their dependencies is broken right now.

@derekdowling thanks for getting a workaround out so quickly!

I'm closing this b/c it's fixed upstream with the release of heimdalljs v0.2.3 but please LMK if you're still seeing issues
