node-reinstall will now use the latest stable version of nvm
You can install the latest version by running node-reinstall --nvm-latest
updated the nvm installer to get the latest stable version of nvm, since the master branch isn't always the stable version. Since there are no tags or branches that maintain the "stable" version, we must get it from NVM's homepage
