Combining various samples into one all conquering sample #681

Hi Brock,

I'm really struggling to get the following samples all working together. Is there any chance you could create another sample combining all the following?

CustomizationsSample SingleTenantOwinSystemWeb IdentityManager.MembershipReboot Autofac
