We use the libogc method of powering down the Wii. If this is incorrect, it's a
libogc issue.

In fact, we've been researching this issue a bit, and it seems indeed to be a
libogc issue. What should happen is that the systemmenu gets booted with a
bootstate set to 5, which tells the system menu to power off the wii. At the
moment libogc powers down the wii itself, bypassing the systemmenu completely.
This is not a problem, unless you depend on hacks from priiloader.
