Feature Request: Sync support for Wger. #241

Describe the feature you'd like Hello, it would be really cool if FastNFitness could synchronize its data with Wger. Wger is a free, open source web app to track fitness info. You can find details on the website here: https://wger.de/en/software/features

Describe alternatives you've considered I haven't seen any other fitness web apps but if i come across any I will update this issue.

PS: Thanks for your efforts on FastNFitness so far. Its a fantastic app.
