Hi,

Could you please merge this fix: Fix handling of undefined SQL argument values (Windows) to the cordova-sqlite-legacy also? We had this exception thrown in Windows 10: sql exception error: Unsupported argument type: undefined

My apologies for the delay. I do not expect to make this kind of a fix on this plugin version.
