No longer works with the latest version #24

Currently branch dev_3.0 is in development for the 1.13.2 protocol in collaboration with harbaughfan. This version will not have any backward compatible support because of major changes in the data formats and I really cannot estimate when we get anything working - there are just too many things to change.
