Add v0.9 files #25

@brohrer - the "v0.9.0" Becca I've been using - the one that I have gotten to work with the Gym - is the one that installs via pip. As I go to merge it now, it looks like it is significantly different than what is in master - should we a) overwrite what is in master with this one or b) start with master, and try to modify it to work with Gym? I remember several issues coming up when I tried (b) but I'm sure they're resolvable. Thanks!

Instead of merging with the master, I created a separate version 0.9.1 branch for this diff and tagged it. The master branch beyond that is development toward version 0.10.
